Why do we process your personal data?
Your personal data is processed in connection with the support
given
to the action entitled "SAVE THE BALTIC. STOP THE OIL SPILL“ as well as other objectives
connected to the activities and projects carried out by the MARE Foundation, the news
presented
at the MARE Foundation website and marketing.
What is the legal basis for data processing?
Your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, as
well as the legitimate interests pursued by the MARE Foundation, based on Article 6, point
1,
letter A and F and Article 9, point 2. Letter A and B of the Regulation of the European
Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 7th April 2016 on the protection of natural
persons
with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and
repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), called GDPR.
How long will your personal data be processed?
We process the data from the moment of receiving an appropriate
consent until its withdrawal / request to cease the processing of personal data / request
for
deletion of personal data by the owner.
Can personal data be transmitted?
We transmit your personal data to the entity to which the
petition
is addressed, to the entities which are processing it at our request (e.g. an IT company
servicing the Foundation) and at the request of entities, which are entitled to obtain them
under the applicable law (e.g. courts). Your data will not be transferred outside the EEA or
made available to international organisations.

What rights do you have with respect to your personal data?
You have the right to access your personal data and the right to
rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transmit the data and the right to object,

regard to personal data, which is made available at voluntary basis, the right to withdraw

consent to the processing of personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of
processing, according to the consent given before its withdrawal. The statement referring to
the
revocation of consent to process personal data should be submitted in written form or sent
by
e-mail to the

You have also the right to bring your complaint to the Inspector
General for Personal Data Protection, if the processing of personal data infringes the GDPR
provisions.
